Thank you for your interest in registering for the Delaware Adidas Phenom Basketball Camp. There are two methods of registering for our Regional Camps: Online and Postal Mail. Please see below for further details.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

  1. Fill out Online Registration Form
  2. Email 3 x 5 photo to info@dejrphenom.com

Mail-In Registration Packet

  1. Print and Complete Registration form
  2. Print and Complete Biography form
  3. Please Mail us a 3x5 photo of the athlete (preferrably in Basketball attire) to the address below:

  4. Please call our office to confirm that we received your materials

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. Online Payment: You can make a payment online on our secure website. (Please review "Online Payment Details" below)
  2. Enter the following information in the fields:
    • Description: Phenom Athlete's Name(s)
    • Amount: $195.00(camp fee) or $100.00(deposit)
  3. Click "Update Totals"
  4. Complete Transaction
    • For Paypal Members: Login to PayPal Account
    • For Non Paypal Members: Click "Continue"
  5. Finalize Transaction

    6. Pay by Phone:
    • To make a payment by telephone, please contact the DE Phenom Main Office at (617) 650-5660.
      A member of our Phenom team will gladly take your information.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • Camp Registration Fee: $195.00
  • Deposit (secures spot): $100.00
  • All Mail-In payments should be made by Cashier’s Check or Money Order
  • Please make checks/orders payable to "DE Adidas Phenom Basketball"
  • All Deposits and Payments are non-refundable but are transferable to other camp dates.
  • There are no refunds unless determined otherwise by Regional Director
